Lauren Collinsworth
After living around the world with her military family, Lauren Collinsworth now enjoys residing in Fairhope. She practices in the firm’s Daphne and Foley offices. Mrs. Collinsworth received her Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Huntingdon College. Upon graduation, she attended Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law and Brock School of Business, where she received her Juris Doctor and a Master’s of Accountancy.
Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Collinsworth worked as a certified public accountant in Dallas, Texas for one of the world’s largest accounting firms and gained experience in global structuring transactions, including corporate reorganizations and debt restructurings.
Mrs. Collinsworth maintains a general practice of law and has experience advising clients in domestic relations matters including divorces, custody disputes and modifications, the preparation of wills and trusts, will and trust litigation, probate administration, property disputes, and civil litigation. She also represents local municipalities and governmental authorities in state and federal courts in Alabama.
Mrs. Collinsworth previously served as the treasurer of the Mobile Bar Association Women Lawyers and is a member of the Alabama Bar Association and the Baldwin County Bar Association. She is also active in several certified public accounting organizations.
